Carcinoid Syndrome Diarrhea
Medications for Carcinoid Infection Diarrhea
About Carcinoid Infection Diarrhea: Carcinoid Infection diarrhoea is one of the most frequent signs or symptoms of carcinoid syndrome, which does occur in a percentage of patients with carcinoid tumors. Tumors grow from hormone producing cells of the neuroendocrine system therefore release massive amounts of hormones like serotonin, tachykinins and vasoactive peptides. These hormones also cause the carcinoid syndrome symptoms such as nausea.
